What are the salary structures of public institutions 1? Basic salary: 1. Post salary: reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the post where employees are employed. Special post allowances and subsidies: Special post allowances and subsidies are implemented for those who work in special posts such as hardship, dirty, tiredness and insurance, and the state uniformly formulates the items, standards and implementation scope of special post allowances. Social organizations. Institutions are organizations, not individuals. Having its own name, organization and place, employees and sources of funds suitable for its business activities, and being able to bear civil liability independently. In the reform of public institutions, according to the four characteristics of public institutions, the reform should be carried out in a planned and phased manner, so that the previously defined public institutions can gradually restore their due attributes. At the same time, within the framework of the Constitution and the existing laws, we should unify and standardize the existing public service organizations, implement unified laws and policies, achieve the goal of "doing something different" and diversifying the ways of providing public services, and promote the healthy development of various social welfare undertakings.
