(11) Religious activity sites shall be managed by who is responsible.

If the responsible entity for urban appearance and environmental sanitation is unclear, the city, county (city) district urban appearance and environmental sanitation administrative department shall determine it and implement grid-based responsibilities. Article 12 The responsible area shall meet the following basic standards:
