Difference between recruitment of Hanyang Civil Affairs Bureau and community recruitment

Different status and different treatment.

1. Different identities: the street recruits temporary workers, and the staff of the Civil Affairs Bureau are selected by the departments of civil affairs, finance, labor and social security, government, streets and so on, and belong to regular employees.

2. Different treatment: The neighborhood offices and individuals are responsible for the wages and insurance benefits of employees recruited by the community. The salaries and insurance benefits of the staff of the Civil Affairs Bureau shall be paid by the Civil Affairs Bureau.
