In order to further optimize the structure of professional talents in institutions affiliated to Baotou Audit Bureau, according to the relevant provisions of the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Institutions and the Measures for the Introduction of Talents in Baotou Institutions, and with the consent of the Municipal Talent Work Coordination Group, it is decided to introduce talents to vacant positions. Third, the conditions for introducing talents.

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws.

(7) As of the date of announcement, full-time undergraduate graduates are not over 28 years old (born on or after 1993 12 13); Full-time graduate students are not over 35 years old (1986 65438+born on or after February 13); Persons who have obtained doctoral degrees or full or senior titles are not over 45 years old (born on or after 1976 12 13).
(eight) in the qualification examination, on-the-job candidates need to provide proof that the current work unit agrees to participate in the introduction of talents. The certificate must be signed by the main leaders of the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit. If the applicant conceals his work experience or current work unit, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant himself.
(9) Persons under any of the following circumstances are not included in this introduction:
1. Non-fresh graduates of national ordinary colleges and universities (it is not allowed to apply for the obtained academic degree);
2. Graduates from relevant university branches and independent colleges, graduates from entrusted training, directional training and cooperative education, and graduates with second degree or degree;

Fourth, the talent introduction procedure
Talent introduction is carried out in strict accordance with the procedures of announcement, organization registration, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, publicity and formalities.

Candidates who fail to attend the physical examination on time without justifiable reasons, fail to pass the physical examination, or practise fraud during the physical examination, resulting in distorted physical examination results, will be disqualified.
If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

Candidates should submit the personnel files and related materials needed for the inspection work within 15 days, otherwise it will be regarded as automatic abandonment. According to the regulations, the probation period is implemented, and the probation period generally does not exceed 6 months; For new employees, the probation period is 12 months. (1) Anyone who fails to participate in the procedures of talent introduction such as registration, qualification examination, interview, physical examination and formalities within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of talent introduction automatically. Anyone who finds fraud or violates the discipline of talent introduction will be disqualified.
(II) According to the Notice of the Organization Department of the Central Committee and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]1No.), persons who need to be avoided shall not participate in the introduction of talents.
