3. Hygiene permit: The tattoo artist holds his ID card, product certificate and test report, house lease contract and health certificate to the local health administrative department to apply for a hygiene permit in public places;

4, beautician qualification certificate, first of all, we must know that there are three kinds of qualification certificates that can be tattooed now, senior beautician qualification certificate, nurse qualification certificate and doctor qualification certificate, one of which can be obtained, and the beautician qualification certificate is also the easiest to get. Except for the beautician qualification certificate, the other three items are mandatory, otherwise they will be banned from business at any time.
