If the whole factory stops working because of its own operation, it will lose tens of millions. Therefore, the requirements for us are actually very high, and of course the pressure is also great.
It really makes sense to be demanding. I remember that at the beginning of this century, Sinopec generally only recruited college students, at least undergraduates from two universities. Later, the recruitment was changed to 2 1 1 and 985, at least for key undergraduate courses, with high requirements for English and grades. Later, with the serious brain drain of college students, enterprises also changed their strategies and changed to the mode of giving priority to college students, supplemented by undergraduate graduates.
