I just attended the introduction meeting of JD.COM Mall of Chongqing University. The duration of the demonstration is 1.5 hours, and the written test ends immediately. The written test mainly examines the knowledge of English grammar (single choice/virtual clauses, etc.) in three English reading supply chains, with a total score of 100. When I saw the interview before, I said that if I wanted to be a sales position, I should strive for the first opportunity to introduce myself, and I accepted it. But you can hold your own opinion and think about it carefully.

The two-minute self-introduction is fluent and runs through four aspects. However, JD.COM Mall attaches great importance to academic performance and the position of student cadres. I hope that parents who read this article can focus on preparation, especially the difficulties encountered in study and student work, which makes people feel the same (I shared it with others when I read the book). For example, as a student president, what difficulties will be encountered in the process of organizing work, how to solve them effectively, and combine the problems faced by enterprises (especially JD. COM) and so on. (personal opinion). There will be problems later. If you especially want to show your ability, guide yourself when introducing yourself. Of course, you can prepare an outline of self-introduction in advance, and don't read the manuscript. Try not to spend too long, otherwise HR will be very impatient.

After introducing yourself, it is the interviewer's questioning session. She asked me the following questions: Why did you change your major (I mentioned before that you changed your major when you were a freshman, in order to highlight your learning ability), how did your learning ability perform, what was your ranking, how much do you know about JD.COM, and why did you join JD.COM Guanpei.

Well, here, I won't tell you what I answered. But everyone in our group was asked, "Why did you join JD? COM”。 To tell the truth, there was no preparation in the early stage. These two questions about JD.COM were blurted out, which was very childish. Now that I think about it, it is indeed a very risky behavior. I hope everyone can learn a lesson.

On the evening of June 9, 5438+07, someone in our school received two notices, which were said to be the chairman and secretary of the graduate student association. Four people in our group have been brushed, including Shen GG, who has won 28 national awards. Of course, everyone was angry and said that JD.COM looked down on us, but I knew all the two seniors who received the notice. Personally, I feel that they are really excellent, so they have a good attitude.

1. Your experience as a student cadre must be deeply explored. Don't just tell HR what you did. It's best to add what difficulties you encountered and how to solve them.

2. Learn as much as possible about the corporate culture and industry development background of the enterprise;
