Can I apply for civil servants in Guangzhou when I go to college in Hunan?

You can apply, but you need to meet the requirements of non-Guangzhou permanent residence (students). Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in full-time colleges and universities, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above.

Refer to the application conditions of Guangzhou Civil Service Examination:
