For Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Southwest University, Shaanxi Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, Hunan Normal University, Fifteen universities, including South China Normal University, Jiangxi Normal University, Fujian Normal University, Guangxi Normal University, Anhui Normal University, Guizhou Normal University, and Zhejiang Normal University, have introduced graduate teacher talents with undergraduate degrees or above, and bachelor's degrees or above.
1. Undergraduate: fresh graduates in 2022.
2. Graduate students: Master’s degree graduates under the age of 30 (the age calculation deadline is July 31, 2022, inclusive).

6. Introduction of working procedures and methods

(2) On-site registration and qualification review
On-site applicants should download the "Registration Form" (Attachment 2) in triplicate, fill in the registration information truthfully, and submit it when registering on-site.

3. Qualification review requirements. Applicants (including online applicants) can enter the interview only after passing the on-site qualification review. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity of the information they fill in, the certificates they provide, and the relevant materials. Anyone who is found to be inconsistent with the recruitment position conditions in this announcement or has committed fraud will, upon verification, be disqualified from the examination or employment. .
(3) Exam opening ratio

2. Interview format: The interview is conducted in the form of trial lecture and defense. The preparation time is 40 minutes, the trial lecture time is 10 minutes, and the defense time is 2 minutes. The interview adopts a hundred-point system, of which the trial lecture is worth 80 points, and the defense is Score is 20 points.
3. Interview content
(1) Use teaching materials for the interview. The interview textbooks are all compulsory standard experimental textbooks for ordinary high school courses①.
(2) Specific content of the interview.
① Trial lecture. The specific content of the trial lecture will be given by the judges on the day of the interview under the supervision of the inspector. The candidate representatives will select questions on the spot, and then prepare lessons and give the trial lecture in sequence.
②Reply. The judges will ask questions on the spot.
4. Interview procedures
(1) Register and wait for the exam. Candidates participating in the interview must present their valid documents (ID card, interview notice) and arrive at the candidate waiting room of the interview examination room before the check-in time specified in the interview notice. Latecomers will be automatically given up and closed management will be implemented.
(2) Draw lots. Candidates participating in the interview must draw lots and determine the order of participating in the interview according to the serial number.
(3) Interview. Candidates enter the interview room under the guidance of the liaison officer. After entering, the candidates write the topic on the blackboard and start the trial lecture.
5. Determine the personnel to be introduced. The judges will score the candidates according to the job disciplines and assign interview scores. Based on the scores, the candidates to be introduced will be determined in equal numbers from high scores to low scores according to the quota of introduced positions. If the interview scores of the candidates to be introduced at the end of the same position are the same, an additional question will be asked, and the candidates to be introduced will be determined in equal numbers from high scores to low scores. During the work period of introducing teacher talents, if the vacancies in the introduction position plan are caused by candidates giving up, the interviewees for the introduction position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score. 6. Sign an employment agreement. The employing school signs the "National Employment Agreement for Graduates of General Colleges and Universities" with candidates who pass the interview.
7. Introduction and management
(1) Qualification review. The time and place for the qualification review will be determined separately. Those who fail the qualification review (cannot provide graduation certificates, degree certificates and other documents required by the job conditions) will have their physical examination, inspection and introduction qualifications cancelled, and their vacancies will not be filled.
(2) Physical examination. The personnel to be introduced will undergo a physical examination after passing the qualification review. The physical examination standards are carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Issuing the Physical Examination Measures for Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Jiangxi Province (Revised)" (Gan Jiao Gui Zi [2021] No. 3). Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from inspection and introduction.
(3) Inspection. The employer and its competent department will inspect the candidates who have passed the physical examination, mainly to assess the ideological and political quality, moral character, and whether they have violated laws and disciplines.
(4) Public announcement. After passing the qualification review, physical examination, and inspection, the introducing unit shall submit a list of personnel to be introduced, which shall be published on the Xinyu City Human Resources and Social Security Network in accordance with prescribed procedures.
(5) Recruitment management. After the public notice period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will submit the list of personnel to be introduced to the Municipal Personnel Work Leading Group for review and approval. After approval, the recruitment and related employment registration procedures will be processed. The personnel to be introduced will be employed with certificates before the start of school in the fall of 2022. , implement the probation period system in accordance with regulations. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be formally employed; those who fail the assessment will be terminated. The introduced personnel shall be staffed by public institutions and enjoy the remuneration stipulated in national policies. 8. Interview Epidemic Prevention and Control Requirements
(1) Candidates must provide a negative paper nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the interview; they must apply for an "Itinerary Card" and "Itinerary Card" in advance "Health Code", both codes are green and the body temperature is normal (below 37.3℃) before entering the test center for the interview.
(2) Candidates are requested to strengthen self-protection, avoid going to high-risk areas of the epidemic before the interview, and actively reduce going out and unnecessary gatherings. Candidates must fill out the "Personal Letter of Responsibility for Epidemic Prevention and Control" (Attachment 3, hereinafter referred to as the "Book") and hand it to the staff before entering for the interview.
(3) Persons who have a history of traveling to medium or high-risk areas within 14 days before the interview, as well as a history of close contact with confirmed, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons of COVID-19, and who have been subject to centralized isolation measures for less than 28 days after entering the country. Those who have been monitored at home for less than 7 days are not allowed to participate in the interview.
(4) Candidates are asked to arrange their travel time reasonably. When entering the recruitment site, they should wear masks and line up in an orderly manner, keep distance between people, accept body temperature measurement and present "Health Code", "Itinerary Card", and personal identity The original certificate and the negative paper nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours must be submitted for verification when entering the interview location. Anyone who does not meet relevant conditions such as having a qualified body temperature, passing the health code scan, and having a negative nucleic acid test result will not be allowed to enter the recruitment location to apply.
(5) Candidates should prepare their own personal protective materials such as masks and disinfectant wipes in advance. Masks are required to be worn throughout the interview, and masks with breathing valves are strictly prohibited.
(6) During the interview period, the test center will be under closed management. Candidates must consciously maintain the order of the interview, keep a safe distance from other interviewers, and obey the arrangements of the on-site staff.
After the interview, please leave the venue in an orderly manner as instructed, and do not stay near the examination room to ensure that no one gathers after the interview.
(7) Candidates should abide by the content in the "Book" and cooperate with the staff in epidemic prevention testing, inquiries, etc. If any candidate fails to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work in the interview, fails to truthfully report his or her health status, conceals or lies about travel history, contact history, health status and other epidemic prevention and control information, or provides false epidemic prevention certification materials or information that causes adverse consequences, he or she will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
(8) Other matters not covered shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of localized management and the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements of the health department where the interview site is located.
9. Others
1. Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity of the certificates and relevant information provided by themselves. If there are any falsehoods, once verified, their qualifications for interview or employment will be cancelled.
