20 18 Announcement on the Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province

In order to further optimize the structure of teaching staff and promote the healthy development of school education, according to the needs of school development and teaching posts, through the research of the talent work leading group of the Municipal Party Committee, 47 teachers with full-time master's degrees were openly recruited for universities and society in nine public primary and secondary schools, including Yingtan No.1 Middle School, Guixi No.1 Middle School and yujiang county No.1 Middle School. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Registration Conditions and Requirements

(1) Recruitment Target

Full-time colleges and universities that meet the recruitment requirements should have a master's degree or above; Doctoral students should meet the relevant conditions of Yingtan City and a specific employer for introducing high-level talents (you can sign an agreement with the employer directly without attending the interview), and the fresh graduates refer to those who obtained their academic qualifications and degrees before July 3, 20 19. The age calculation method is: born after 1 983 65438+February1.

(2) Basic conditions

1. China citizens with People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

2. Law-abiding and well-behaved;

3. Good health;

4. Have the qualifications required for the recruitment position.

One of the following circumstances does not qualify for the examination:

1. Having received criminal punishment or been dismissed from public office for committing a crime;

2 suspected of violating the law and discipline is being examined by the discipline inspection and supervision organs or judicial organs, and no conclusion has been reached;

3. Being punished by Party discipline and discipline, and the punishment period has not expired;

Second, the recruitment process

(1) On-site confirmation and qualification examination

On-site confirmation that the interviewer has passed the on-site qualification examination of Yingtan City's special talent recruitment, passed the online registration, registered by telephone and other communication tools, and registered at the employer's site to meet the requirements of the recruitment position, will go to the conference room on the fourth floor of the office building of Yingtan No.1 Middle School (Qilin Middle Avenue, Yingtan City) for on-site confirmation and acceptance at 9:00-65:438+02+03 am. 20 19 graduate students can apply according to their academic degrees when they graduate.

At the time of on-site confirmation, applicants must provide their ID cards, bachelor's and master's diplomas, degree certificates (employment recommendation forms provided by recent graduates), electronic registration and filing forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, performance materials, originals and photocopies of teacher qualification certificates, Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Yingtan Institutions (in duplicate) (see Annex 2) and other materials, and hand in 3 one-inch bareheaded color photos. Each applicant is limited to one post in primary and secondary schools (those who apply for Jiangxi Normal University without agreement can also be limited to one post). On-the-job personnel must issue a certificate that their unit, competent department and affiliated human and social departments agree to apply for the exam. Applicants who cannot provide the above materials as scheduled, please contact the primary and secondary schools in Yingtan City in advance or have relevant certificates issued by their schools.

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. If the applicant provides false materials, once found, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled.

In principle, the proportion of examination for special recruitment positions for educational talents is 2: 1. If the urgently needed positions cannot form competition, the interview score shall not be less than 75 points, otherwise it will not be hired.

(2) Interview

The interview work is organized and implemented by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau in conjunction with the recruitment unit under the leadership of the Leading Group for Talent Work of the Municipal Party Committee. Interview at 8: 00 am on teaching building 20 18 12 15 of Yingtan No.1 Middle School (subject to the interview notice).

2. Interview time 15 minutes, lesson preparation time 40 minutes (lesson plans are not included in grades), and interview scores 100 points.

3. Achievement calculation method: The total achievement of the recruitment position is calculated according to the interview result. The interview results are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

4. The interview results are signed and confirmed by the interviewer on the spot.

5. Those who have achieved excellent interview results, who have not signed an agreement because of the insufficient number of positions to apply for, and intend to stay as teachers in primary and secondary schools in yingtan, should contact the interview examination office in time after the interview on the same day, and fill in the adjustment book of the interview leading group for special recruitment of talents in Yingtan City.

6. Candidates' scores are published on yingtan Personnel Examination Network and yingtan Education Information Network. Employers can directly sign employment agreements with fresh graduates who have passed the examination.

Third, physical examination and assessment

1. According to the interview results, determine the physical examination object according to the recruitment position from high score to low score. If the interview results are the same, an extra test will be organized on the same day to determine the physical examination and assessment object.

2. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau; Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]140) and relevant regulations.

3. The education administrative department of the employing unit is responsible for the political examination, mainly assessing the ideological, political and moral qualities of the personnel to be employed and whether there are violations of laws and regulations, and reporting to the Municipal Education Bureau for examination and political examination.

4. Vacancies caused by medical examination, unqualified assessment or my abandonment shall be filled in order from high to low interview results, and relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to regulations.

Fourth, publicity and employment.

The list of candidates determined by the medical examination shall be publicized by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau (Yujiang District People's Social Security Bureau, guixi city Municipal People's Social Security Bureau) shall handle the relevant procedures such as employment. If you can't come to work in time within 30 days after the appointment notice is issued, it will be regarded as automatic waiver of employment qualification. The probation period is one year, and the minimum service period is five years (three years for doctoral students).
