Nanning historical translation

Nanning was founded in 3 18 AD, during the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and has a history of 1600 years. In the eighth year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty (AD 634), it was renamed "Zhou Yong", and the state and county governments were located in Yongzhou. In the first year of Hetai in Yuan Dynasty (A.D. 1324), Nanning Road was changed, hence the name "Nanning", also known as "Yong".
