The first type: injection molding.
Plastic pallets produced by injection molding are smooth, flat, crisp and compact, and have great freedom in product design, which can be divided into two types: double-sided integral plastic pallets and double-sided assembled plastic pallets.
Generally, the self-weight of double-sided integral pallet is more than 15kg/ block, and its shape is complex, so it needs injection molding machine with clamping force of more than 2500 tons to produce. This kind of pallet has complex shape, large investment and high cost, but it has relatively high production efficiency and good product quality because of fewer production processes. This method is not widely used in general plastic processing plants.
Double-sided assembly tray, that is, double-sided integrated tray is divided into upper and lower pieces, and then assembled after injection molding respectively. Although this product needs two sets of molds, the mold structure is greatly simplified, and the total investment of the mold is still cheaper than that of the whole mold. At the same time, it also reduces the requirements for the locking force of equipment, and the locking force is ≥ 1500 tons, which is relatively easy for general plastic processing plants. This production mode may become the mainstream of plastic pallet production.
The second type: extrusion-hollow blow molding.
Extrusion-hollow blow molding of plastic pallets is similar to the blow molding method of general hollow products, because the products are large and double-sided, and large extruders, clamping machines and molds are needed. At present, domestic hollow molding machine manufacturers have developed a super-large hollow molding machine specialized in producing high-strength blow molding trays at high speed, which is made of HMWHDPE high-strength plastic, with high molding speed, good product quality, high strength, high rigidity and very long service life. The service life of blow-molded pallet can reach 5- 10 years, and it can work stably at -40-40℃. The dynamic load of the product can reach more than 3t, and the bending strength has reached a high level. It is the first choice for some pallets that need a long life and high-intensity use environment. Its price is higher than other plastic trays. Because of its extremely long service life, its cost performance is the highest among all pallets. This method has great advantages in saving limited oil resources and logistics costs because the price of molding equipment is greatly reduced.
The third type: vacuum suction.
There are also two kinds of plastic trays produced by vacuum suction: single-sided and double-sided ones. Single-sided plastic trays are mostly used for packaging and transportation of small motors (such as vacuum cleaner motors and electric tool motors). ) and trunking, which have developed rapidly, are mainly dedicated. The assembly of double-sided blister tray is divided into two forms: the upper part is an extruded plastic plate with fixed length and width, and the lower part is a large vacuum blister product; Both the upper and lower halves are vacuum plastic products. Using this method to produce molding requires large vacuum suction equipment, which has low equipment cost and low mold cost, but the wall thickness of the product is uneven.
The fourth type: the fourth type is extrusion molding. The plastic trays produced by this method are all assembled. That is to say, the lath as the upper and lower panels and the I-shaped connecting plate with composite wings as the connecting support are extruded by the extruder, the machine head and other equipment, and then assembled. The emergence of wood-plastic composites has promoted the development of extruded plastic pallets. It uses natural plant fibers (including wood flour, chaff, straw powder, rice bran, etc. ) and waste plastics as the main raw materials, which has the advantages of wood texture, waterproof, insect-proof, planing, sawing and nailing. Among the four molding methods, this method has the least investment in production equipment and molds, the lowest cost and the best cost performance. This product has been produced in Beijing, Guangdong and other places.
