I. Basic information of the school
Tianjin Urban Construction University is an ordinary institution of higher learning in Tianjin, founded in 1978, and formerly known as the Fourth Branch of Tianjin University. Seven subject groups and corresponding professional groups, including urban planning, urban construction, urban management, eco-city, smart city, urban economy and urban culture, have been established, and more than 74,000 qualified and dedicated outstanding graduates have been trained.

Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) A candidate shall meet the following conditions:
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Good conduct;
4. Have the required majors or skills for the post, and refer to the professional guidance catalogue issued by the Ministry of Education;
5. Have the qualifications required for the position to be applied for and the physical conditions that meet the requirements of the position;
6. Be loyal to the party's education, abide by academic norms, abide by the rules and regulations of the school, and have a good style of study and noble ethics;
7. Personnel from other provinces and cities should comply with Tianjin's policies on introducing talents, and the families of introduced talents should follow the relevant policies of Tianjin institutions;
8. Pay attention to the essence of professional content for the majors independently set by domestic institutions of higher learning and those studied by returned overseas students. The professional direction of these two types of candidates is consistent with the required professional direction and can be regarded as meeting professional conditions;
(two) in any of the following circumstances, shall not apply for:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;
2. Persons who have been put on file for review;
3. Those who are found to have cheated in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions are prohibited from taking the exam within a time limit;

Fourth, open recruitment procedures.
In accordance with the procedures stipulated in the "Measures for the Implementation of Open Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions in Tianjin" and other documents, the recruitment work will be carried out.
(1) Registration
Registration will be accepted within 7 working days after the release of the scheme, and the registration time will not be less than 5 days. Candidates log in to the talent recruitment system of Tianjin Urban Construction University (/zpseys/), fill in personal information in detail, and submit relevant materials as required.
(2) Qualification examination
The school examines the qualifications of candidates, and the list of interviewers is published in the recruitment bulletin board of Tianjin Urban Construction University's talent recruitment system, and the registration for corresponding positions is closed.
(3) Interview evaluation
The interview assessment is organized by the assessment committees established by the secondary teaching units, focusing on the assessment of candidates' teaching and research ability, development potential and comprehensive quality. The interview results will be released within 5 working days after the evaluation. The calculation method of interview score is as follows: 70% of interview score, 30% of assessment score, full mark is 100, passing line is 60, and two decimal places are reserved. Those whose interview results are lower than the passing line cannot enter the next link. According to the total interview score from high to low, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 to the recruitment position. If the interview results of candidates are tied, resulting in the number of people who plan to enter the medical examination exceeding the number of job employment plans, the candidates who enter the medical examination shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to those with high trial results.
(4) Physical examination
Those who enter the physical examination should have a physical examination in the designated physical examination department of 3A general hospital. Physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the unified national physical examination standards and procedures for civil servants, and the expenses are self-care. Only those who pass the medical examination can be included in the post inspection candidates, and the official staff of government agencies and institutions need to issue the consent certificate of the original work unit before the medical examination, otherwise they cannot enter the medical examination.
(5) Investigation
① inspection method. The school arranges the inspected personnel to work in the post to be hired for on-the-job inspection. Investigate ideological and moral quality, team spirit, professional accomplishment and work style.
② Check time. Generally not less than 10 working days.
(6) Publicity and employment
According to the results of interview assessment, physical examination and investigation, the school will study and determine the candidates and publicize them. The publicity scope of the candidate's information is the same as that of the recruitment information, and the publicity time is 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the school shall go through the employment procedures according to the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.
General candidates should complete the registration and entry procedures before the end of September 2022. Except in special circumstances, the registration period can be extended (not more than 3 months) with the consent of the school, and others are regarded as automatic waiver.
When there are unqualified and automatic abandonment in all aspects of open recruitment, they will be replenished according to the candidates' test scores from high to low. When there is a vacancy, our school can adjust the position according to the actual needs and re-publish the recruitment position, registration time and arrangement in the open recruitment column of the website.
