Fourth, open recruitment procedures.

(3) Interview evaluation

The interview assessment is organized by the assessment committees established by the secondary teaching units, focusing on the assessment of candidates' teaching and research ability, development potential and comprehensive quality. The interview results will be released within 5 working days after the evaluation. The calculation method of interview score is as follows: 70% of interview score, 30% of assessment score, full mark is 100, passing line is 60, and two decimal places are reserved. (4) Physical examination

(5) Investigation
