1.Full-time undergraduate/postgraduate graduates in 2009 (except for undergraduate and postgraduate students);

2. Obtaining graduation certificates and degree certificates issued by the state;

3. Pass the National English Test (CET-4 or above), CET-6 for economic and business majors, and CET-6 for graduate students (or pass degree English);

4. Proficient in computer operation (computer secondary certificate is preferred);

5. Good comprehensive quality, excellent professional knowledge, strong endurance and strong learning ability;

6. Good health, no infectious diseases and other major diseases.
