Screen plate-making links mainly pay attention to the following points:

1. Pull the net: the tension of the net should be uniform and the angle should be accurate. There should be no peeling after pasting the screen. It is best to leave the finished screen for 72 hours before using it.

2. Cleaning and degreasing: After cleaning, there should be no foreign objects attached to the screen or other foreign objects blocking the screen.

3. Coating: Leave the photosensitive adhesive for 24 hours before use, and the coating scraping blade used should be smooth and flat. Drying time and temperature should meet the requirements of photosensitive adhesive.

4. Printing: the exposure time should be accurate, the film should be close to the screen, and there should be no air mixed in.

5. Development: The whole layout should be washed with balanced water pressure, and the washed version should be placed vertically.
