Sinopec employees have several kinds of establishment.

There are three types: officially registered employees, socially recruited employees and seconded employees.

1. Officially registered employees: refers to employees who are employed through official recruitment channels of Sinopec and enjoy official employee treatment and benefits, including social insurance and housing accumulation fund.

2. Social recruitment of employees: This refers to employees recruited through external social recruitment channels of Sinopec, who enjoy the same treatment and benefits as the officially registered employees, with slightly different employment forms.

3. Seconded employees: refers to employees of China Petrochemical who are seconded from other units or institutions to work in China Petrochemical, but are not directly employed by China Petrochemical. The original unit or institution is responsible for the treatment and welfare.
