Is Haining Hongda Experimental School public or private?

Zhejiang Hongda School affiliated to Shanghai International Studies University is the first full-time private boarding school in Haining, which was approved by Jiaxing Municipal Education Commission and funded by Zhejiang Hongda Warp Knitting Co., Ltd. The school was founded in September 1999, formerly known as Haining Hongda Experimental School. In July, 20001,it was jointly run with Shanghai International Studies University and became an affiliated school of Shanghai International Studies University.
