Hebei Province surrounds the capital Beijing and is located between 113°27′～119°50′ east longitude and 36°05′～42°40′ north latitude. There are two major regions in North China and Northeast China, with a total area of ??188,500 square kilometers, and the provincial capital is Shijiazhuang City. It is 283 kilometers away from Beijing in the north, adjacent to Tianjin City in the east and close to the Bohai Sea, Shandong and Henan provinces in the southeast and south, Shanxi Province in the west by Taihang Mountain, bordering the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the northwest and north, and Liaoning Province in the northeast border.
