But our life is still so long, and retirement is delayed again and again. Why can't you tolerate 35 years old? 35 years old is so hard?

I hope this society can be more tolerant of people aged 35. Why can't there be room for 35 years old in so many jobs? Men are better off, which is simply cruel to women.

But the fact is that enterprises are more likely to give up, because the time and energy to take care of a child are not the same concept.
It is not easy for a 35-year-old person to survive in the workplace, and it is even harder for a 35-year-old woman.
