(2) Interview

The recruitment interview of municipal institutions shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit; County (city), district institutions recruitment interview work by the county (city), district human resources department is responsible for organizing the implementation; Changchun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for the guidance and supervision of the whole interview work.

The interviewer is sure. Candidates for written examination and interview recruitment positions shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:5 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position from high score to low score; those with the same score less than 1:5 shall be determined according to the actual number of people. If the number of candidates who directly participate in the interview without written examination is within the ratio of 1:5 (inclusive), it shall be determined according to the actual number; If the ratio exceeds 1:6 (inclusive), the competent department of the recruiting unit and the human resources department of the county (city) district will conduct preliminary screening in strict accordance with the open recruitment procedure, and the interview candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:5.

The interview score is calculated as 100, and the qualified line is 60 points. When calculating the score, keep two decimal places. The interview results were published on the websites of the competent departments of the municipal recruitment units and the county (city) district governments. Candidates below the qualified line shall not be employed as candidates.

The specific time, place and interview method of each job interview shall be determined and notified by the municipal recruitment unit or the competent department of the recruitment unit, the human resources department of the county (city) or district or the recruitment unit and the competent department of the recruitment unit respectively.

(three) to determine the candidates to be hired

The candidates to be hired are determined from high score to low score among those who pass the interview according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position. If the result is the same, the next round of interview will be held.

The physical examination work shall be organized and implemented by the municipal human society department; The assessment work shall be the responsibility of the competent department of the municipal recruitment unit and the county (city) and district human and social departments respectively. If one of the physical examination, assessment and publicity is unqualified, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled. If the interview of the same recruitment position is qualified, the physical examination, assessment and publicity will be supplemented in turn from high score to low score.

Intransitive verb employment

After publicity without objection, the competent department of the municipal recruitment unit and the human resources department of the county (city) and district will report the list of persons to be employed to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changchun City for the record, and the human resources departments of the county (city) and district of Changchun City will handle the relevant employment procedures respectively according to the relevant provisions.
