Coordinator recruitment

First of all, I advise you not to go. I also do HR recruitment. You apply for the secretary of the department director, but HR finds various reasons to let you be the sales coordinator. This is obviously recruitment fraud. In fact, they really want to recruit sales. The sales coordinator is just a nice name to confuse you, but it is actually an ordinary sales job.

Second, it is difficult for star hotels to do HR and then jump to foreign companies or good companies that are not hotels, because corporate culture, management and industry rules are very different. Moreover, as far as my personal experience is concerned, the HR treatment of hotels is much worse than that of the same position in foreign companies, and the work intensity is high and things are complicated. Most of them are single holidays and the development space is limited.

Third, HR work is actually very promising and more and more important, so you are right to choose this line, don't regret it. I advise you not to develop in the hotel industry. I suggest that you work in a highly trained and high-gold industry, such as a high-tech, knowledge-intensive enterprise or a mature and well-known foreign-funded enterprise.
