The site of Daba Hushan Project in Datang Huaibei Power Plant is located in Songtuan Town, Lieshan District, southeast of Huaibei City, Anhui Province, and the site is about 22km away from Huaibei City and 17km away from Suixi County. The site is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with Shaoshan in the north (the highest elevation is about 117m, the elevation of the Yellow Sea in 56, the same below), Laomaodong in the east (125.2m) and Hushan in the southwest (163m).
