The quality management system of pharmaceutical enterprises is generally as follows: person in charge of quality management, quality authorizer, manager of quality management department, quality assurance department (QA), quality control department (QC), on-site quality supervisor (under QA standard) and so on.

According to the current GMP, QA personnel are generally divided into verification specialists, quality management executives, quality risk analysis administrators, software programming and management personnel, on-site supervision administrators, traditional Chinese medicine character evaluators and sampling and sampling personnel.

You can set yourself up according to the above classification, enrich your professional knowledge in this field, and then apply.

An excellent QA manager should have: strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic learning ability, working at the grassroots level, hard-working, applying what he has learned, often solving practical problems in production quality, and having good communication and interaction with colleagues.

In fact, I don't necessarily say what kind of position I want after graduation, but I will go to a unit with such a good professional environment, listen to the arrangement, and start from the grassroots level according to my own goals and work hard step by step.

Generally, when college graduates join pharmaceutical companies, they take a technical major, and sometimes they will arrange internships in workshops, laboratories, or technology research and development registration centers, or some technical positions in the workshops.
