What is the position of HRm?

HRM (Human Resource Management) is a post or position of human resource management. Human resource management refers to the department or function responsible for human resource management and employee relations in an organization. Covering recruitment, training development, performance management, salary and benefits, employee relations, human resources policy formulation, etc.

The main responsibilities of HRM include but are not limited to the following aspects: 1. Recruitment and personnel selection: responsible for the recruitment process, planning and implementing recruitment activities, screening and selecting suitable talents, and cooperating with various departments to meet the organization's demand for human resources.

2. Training and development: design and implement employee training plan, development path and career development support. Improve employees' skills and abilities through training and development plans to support the realization of organizational goals.
