What kinds of scaffold materials are there?

1. ABS material is generally selected for conventional products, which is easy to process and beautiful in post-processing.

2. (1) epoxy resin can be used for high temperature resistant products; (2) Bakelite; (3) black PC; (4)PA (nylon). The hand boards made of these four materials can be bonded except the black PC, and the other three materials can not be bonded, so they need to be processed as a whole.

3. Wear-resistant product hand board, POM or PA can be selected. These two kinds of hand boards cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.

4. High toughness product hand board, PA or PP can be selected. These two kinds of hand boards cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.

5. Transparent products can be made of PMMA, transparent ABS, transparent PC and other materials. The hand boards made of these materials have high transparency after polishing, reaching the same effect as the real ones.

6. The surface treatment of product hand plate is generally divided into oil spraying, electroplating, sanding, screen printing, pad printing and other surface effects. Hand-painted oil can be divided into smooth, matte, transparent, translucent, fluorescent, rubber oil and other effects.
