How to find the contract system in colleges and universities

There are two ways for schools to recruit contract workers.

1, one was recruited by the higher authorities, and the other was recruited by the school, which was recruited by our own school. At present, most of them adopt the form of outsourcing labor dispatch by third-party companies, and the school defines the work content and requirements.

2. Third-party companies recruit employees according to the employment standards required by the school. The school signs a work contract with a third-party company, and the third party sends employees to work in the school through labor dispatch. The daily work of employees in the school belongs to the leadership and arrangement of the school.
