What kind of workers does the foundry need?

Casting requires furnace repairman, smelter (also called furnace worker), sand mixer, modeler, core-making worker and casting repairman (mainly welding repairman), and the above are production technicians. In addition, casting production also needs a large number of ordinary workers to do low-tech work such as cleaning, handling and charging.
