Dulbert Mongolian Autonomous County in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province is a county in Daqing City (formerly known as Taikang County) and the only animal husbandry base county in Heilongjiang Province with Mongolian as the main body, with an area of 6 176 square kilometers and jurisdiction over 5 towns and 6 townships 12 agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing grounds.

Dubert was praised as "Green Pure Land and Natural Gem" by EU and domestic green food certification organizations.
