The working principle of ribbon hot cutting machine is a kind of cutting equipment which uses the principle of resistance heating to heat the air between the conductor and the insulating material to produce high-temperature airflow and fuse the incision. The core is the blade, which is mainly composed of thermocouple, conductive wire, cutting edge and insulating layer. When heating, the current passes through the conductive wire, resulting in high-temperature airflow at the incision and high temperature at the knife edge, thus achieving the purpose of fusing.
