The Crime of Grindelwald, as the second part of the series of magical animals (five are expected), mainly plays the role of connecting the preceding with the following, and tells the story of Grindelwald recruiting soldiers for "greater interests".

Grindelwald's purpose

This episode of Grindelwald mainly wants to attract two people: Claydens, the orphan of the "big family" and the decisive factor of Grindelwald's career (detailed later); Rita lestrange, the "last" child of a famous French family, guessed that she was fighting for the right to speak in France.

An overview of the whole story

Claudens is looking for his real parents.

Grindelwald wants to subdue Claydens and Rita, because Claydens is a secret weapon against Dumbledore (important), and Rita has a noble pure blood identity and is suitable for being a spokesperson (unnecessary). So the design lured two people to attend the speech respectively, and persuaded them to join through the speech.

Yusef wanted to kill his half-brother because his father killed his mother. Through long-term tracing, he found that Claydens was his younger brother.

Rita told Yusuf before he killed him that Claydens was not his brother, and his brother had been killed by mistake. Yusef planned the wrong person.

Grindelwald succeeded in persuading a large number of believers and Claydens with his own words, and killed Rita who did not intend to obey.

Grindelwald told Claydens that he was from Dumbledore's family and gave him a phoenix.

The protagonist group failed in its mission to rescue Claydens, failed in its mission to capture Grindelwald, and lost teammate Queenie. The biggest gain is that Newt is wrong about salamanders.

Sort out the details of the plot

First of all, Grindelwald appeased.

1. Claydens

The only obstacle for Grindelwald to realize his dream of unifying the wizarding world is Dumbledore, so he must get rid of Dumbledore. Although there is a blood alliance between them, they can't hurt each other, but Grindelwald knows it's only a matter of time before Dumbledore thinks of a way to break it, so he must find the best way to limit Dumbledore as soon as possible.

Claydens' real identity is the fourth child of Dumbledore's family (the relationship is unknown), and she has become as reticent as her sister. Such a role is an excellent shield against Dumbledore, so Grindelwald must take him under his banner, and he will be completely persuaded to let Claudens listen to his own requirements and use his powerful magic power.

So Grindelwald is going to give Claydens a performance, which is a gas stove speech. He wanted Claudens to see the badness of the "enemy" (Muggle World War II, Auror's murder) and see others give in, so he was willing to follow him.

2. Rita

Rita is the last heir of lestrange, and lestrange is the most important pure-blood family in France. I think that's why Grindelwald wants Rita. But family identity is icing on the cake for Grindelwald, not a gift in the snow. If Rita fails, Lin Dehua will kill Rita.

There is another possibility: Rita herself has some powerful power. This is probably why the Ministry of Magic asked Rita by name when taking people to Paris. But there is too little circumstantial evidence to be sure)

Grindelwald wants to appease Rita during the speech, so he needs to design Rita to go to the meeting. Grindelwald's plan is to find a way to tell theseus that Cowes is still alive and the evidence is in the spectrum room. At the same time, someone was sent to the spectrum room to steal lestrange's music and replace it with a letter that said "The answer is in lestrange cemetery". Theseus knows that Rita has always felt guilty about Cowes, so she will tell Rita as soon as possible to let her see it. Rita went. When she sees the letter, she will go to the cemetery.

From this perspective, theseus indirectly "killed" Rita ... so abused. ...

Second, Yusef's pursuit

Claydens went to Paris to find his biological parents. According to the adoption documents, the identity of lestrange's youngest son surfaced.

A male owner in lestrange is a goat. He married Mrs. Kama for the first time, and Mrs. Kama is married and has a son. Mrs. Kama gave birth to Rita and died in childbirth. Later, lestrange married another wife and gave birth to Cowes. Mr Kama, who lost his wife, hated lestrange. Before he died, he and his son Yusuf made an unbreakable vow to let him kill lestrange's favorite person. Lestrange then sent his two children to the United States. According to the plan, Cowes lestrange should be renamed Claydens and live an orphan's life anonymously.

But what I never expected was that young Rita switched Cowes with Quiet Baby because she didn't like the noise on the boat. More unfortunately, the boat sank later, and the lifeboat that Quiet Baby's mother and Cowes were riding together capsized. Cowes sank to the bottom of the sea, and the quiet baby was sent to an orphanage and became Claydens.

Confused point

1. The protagonist group is almost a bystander in this article, but the scene is just like the protagonist, and it is unclear. Although some efforts have been made, the participation of the main line is very low, and it has been assisting. The tasks are all GG, and one teammate is missing. This may also be one of the reasons why this episode has been criticized by many people.

Yusef's trace is of little value to the plot. Judging from the plot of this episode, this line is a spur line, which has the function of reversing Claydens' identity and exposing Rita's psychological burden, but how do these two things help the main line?
