2. Recruitment objectives and conditions

2. Qualification examination

The Innovation Center will screen and examine the application materials received, and those who pass the examination will be notified to take the exam. Those who do not take the exam will not be notified.

3. Recruitment Form

With the consent of the higher authorities, the Innovation Center will organize assessment according to the post requirements, and assess the professional knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive quality of the main test posts.

Examiners are composed of relevant functional departments and external experts.

During the examination, the applicant shall provide the corresponding original application materials for verification.

Step 4 have a physical examination

According to the assessment results and the number of positions, the physical examination candidates are determined according to 1: 1, and the physical examination is conducted in the second-level medical institutions in this city according to the requirements of the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

If the medical examination is unqualified or the health is not suitable for work, the unit will not be hired.

Step 5 investigate

The investigation organized by the Innovation Center mainly examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality, ability and quality, work performance and integrity record.

6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed

According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the proposed employee will be publicized in official website, Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 days from the date of publicity.

After publicity without objection, it shall be reported to Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record with the approval of the higher authorities.

If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, whether to employ or not shall be determined according to the verification results.

Four. Related treatment and other matters

Once the above-mentioned personnel are hired, they will sign an employment contract with them, and their wages, bonuses, welfare and social insurance will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
