Introduction: Guangdong Investment Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 00270) was incorporated in Hong Kong on January 5, 1973, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 8, 1993. The Dongshen Water Supply Project (the "Water Supply Project") is one of the Group's core businesses, and the Group owns approximately 95.04% of the actual equity interest in the Water Supply Project. The Group acquired 49% equity interest in Guangzhou Nansha Yuehai Water Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Guangzhou Linhai Water Co., Ltd.) ("Nansha Water") in March 2012.
