As a candidate, you should be prepared as follows:

1. First of all, ensure a good attitude and it is normal to be rejected;

2. It is best to wear a clean and tidy formal dress on the day of the interview, not a famous brand, but a decent dress. No matter whether the specifications of the interview are high or low, decent dress will add points;

3. Bring the general interview questions prepared in advance and write down all the answers you can think of. If you know that it is a mobile company recruitment, you'd better do your homework in advance. The preparation contents include: the company background, the university position you want to recruit, personal understanding of the position you want to apply for, career planning, family opinions on your employment and so on. Many companies will have structured interviews when recruiting in colleges and universities, so the questions are generally the same.

4. A resume with complete content and neat layout needs only a piece of paper instead of a long speech. All units should not attach English resumes, unless they are enterprises with foreign language requirements, they can only waste paper. Sticking a photo of your bareheaded formal dress certificate on your resume will make your resume less likely to be treated as waste paper. If conditions permit, please bring as many resumes as possible.

5. Resume certificates corresponding to resumes, such as transcripts, various certificates, trainee certificates, paper atlas and other materials, are sorted and bound in the order listed in the resume. Please bring this as much as possible, but don't give it to the interviewer with your resume. Only when the interviewer is interested in you can you photograph this pile of materials in front of him.

6. A blank form and a pen record the name and position of each company you have invested in. If you have a telephone number, write it down. You won't be at a loss when it's convenient for a second interview or a phone call. If it is an interview for college students, you may get unexpected gains by bringing your own photos, glue, stapler, markers and other gadgets.

7. Friendly reminder: First of all, pay attention to the details such as eyes and manners during the interview, which are also what the interviewer will pay attention to; Secondly, don't answer irrelevant questions, don't brag too much about yourself, and pay attention to seeking truth from facts; Thirdly, don't directly cut into the salary issue, especially when facing the interviewer of state-owned enterprises, but don't be vague when asked relevant questions, so as not to waste everyone's time; Finally, never trust the interviewer's "I'll think about it". Don't stick to an interviewer from beginning to end. Unless you are a rookie, you won't eat this trick, and don't hang yourself on a tree. Shop around, but don't break the contract easily.
