With the consent of the county people's government, the municipal government approved the public recruitment of 47 staff in institutions affiliated to 13 departments in our county. According to the Notice of Kunming Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Public Recruitment Plan for Institutions in 212 (Kun Ren She Tong [212] No.55), the recruitment work is carried out by all departments. In order to do a good job in recruitment and ensure the successful completion of the recruitment task before August 31, the recruitment brochure is now announced as follows:

(3) Those who are under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register

II. Scope and Target of Recruitment
Full-time undergraduate and above unemployed graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who are under the age of 3, that is, born after May 1, 1982, are recruited nationwide. The on-the-job staff of public institutions are not within the scope of this open recruitment.
III. Time and place of registration and required documents and materials
(I) Time and place of registration

. Graduates in 212 who are unable to provide Graduation Certificate and Degree Certificate for the time being must provide one copy of the original Employment Recommendation Form. Two recent half-inch bareheaded color photos.
4. Those who have passed the qualification examination need to fill in the Examination Letter of Integrity.
5. According to the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on Re-approving the Fees for Qualifying Examinations for Candidates in Institutions (Yun Jia Fei [211] No.15) and the provisions of Dian Fa Gai Fei Kun Xun Zheng Zi [211] No.141, 5 yuan, a written examination fee, is paid when candidates take part in the qualification examinations for candidates in institutions.
(II) Registration requirements
1. Registration by position, each candidate can only apply for one position and register within the specified time.
2. The materials provided at the time of registration should be true and valid, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent.
3. Those who fail to receive the Admission Ticket and take the exam according to the specified time after registration are deemed to have given up automatically.
(III) Qualification examination
The competent department of the employing unit and the office of the open recruitment leading group of Xundian county institutions are responsible for it. The ratio between the number of candidates to be hired and the number of applicants who have passed the qualification examination is not less than 1:3. If the ratio is not reached, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment position will be cancelled.
Fourth, the method, content and schedule of the examination
(1) The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview
1. The written examination is a closed-book examination, and the subject is the professional knowledge of the corresponding position. The scope of the proposition is based on the professional education level proposition of the recruitment position, with a full score of 1 points.
2. interview. After the written test, according to the written test results, according to the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the number of interviewers of 1:2, the interviewees will be determined from high score to low score. The interview score is 1 points, and the structured interview method is adopted. The interview mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive knowledge, organizational ability, adaptability, oral expression ability, gfd, etc.
① If the position of 1: 2 interview cannot be achieved under special circumstances, the interviewer can enter the interview according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the planned number of recruits to the number of interviewers, but the written test score of the interviewers should not be lower than 6, and the total test score must reach 65 before entering the physical examination and assessment.
② For those who voluntarily give up the interview qualification, the vacant places will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low.
③ According to the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on Re-approving the Fees for Qualification Examination of Candidates in Institutions and Related Matters (No.15 [211] of Yunjia Charge) and No.141 [211] of Yunnan Development and Reform Feikun Xunzheng Zi, candidates participating in the qualification examination of candidates in institutions will pay the interview fee, 5 yuan.
3. Score calculation. The written test score accounts for 5%, and the interview score accounts for 5%. Total score = written test score ×5%+ interview score ×5%. The written test scores and total scores will be publicized on Kunming Human Resources and Social Security Network and Xundian Government Affairs Network for 5 working days, and candidates can apply for checking scores during the publicity period.
(II) Schedule
1. Written test time: 9: -11: 3 am on June 2, 212. See the admission ticket for the test location. Time to collect the admission ticket: May 31, 212 to June 1, 212 at the Talent Service Center of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. 2. The interview time and place will be notified separately.
V. Employment Procedures
(1) After the examination, the positions in the recruitment plan are sorted from high score to low score. According to different positions, people will enter the physical examination and assessment from high score to low score, and those who fail to pass the physical examination or assessment will be disqualified, and the reasons will be informed in writing. Therefore, the vacancies arising from this position can be filled in turn from high score to low score.
(2) Publicize the personnel to be hired in Kunming Human Resources and Social Security Network and Xundian Government Affairs Network for 7 working days.
(3) After passing the physical examination and assessment, and there is no objection to the publicity, the institution and its competent department will review and agree, and report to Xundian County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to go through the employment examination and approval procedures according to relevant regulations.
(4) The management of the employed personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of the Personnel System in Public Institutions (Kun Rentong [28] No.54).
VI. Recruitment discipline
(1) Recruitment is subject to the supervision of deputies to the National People's Congress, CPPCC members, the Commission for Discipline Inspection, supervision departments, news media and society.
(2) Open recruitment should be open in information, process and results, and be subject to the supervision of the society and relevant departments. The competent department, human resources and social security department and discipline inspection and supervision department of the recruiting unit should seriously accept the reports of the masses and deal with them in a timely manner according to the management authority.
(3) The person in charge of the employing unit and the recruiting staff should be avoided if they are related by direct blood, collateral blood within three generations or close in-laws with the candidates.
(4) In any of the following circumstances, the applicant shall be disqualified, and he/she shall not take the registration and employment examination of government agencies and institutions for two years, and the employed person shall terminate the employment contract:

VII. Other matters

(3) In any of the following circumstances, it shall be deemed as automatic abandonment, and the corresponding positions shall be filled by the candidates who meet the requirements of physical examination and assessment from high score to low score.
1. The candidate voluntarily quits employment (submit a written statement signed by himself);
2. Within 1 working days after the expiration of the publicity period, the person to be hired cannot be contacted.
