Dajiangdong planning

Legal analysis: Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster is located in the east of Hangzhou and the Qiantang River in the northeast of Xiaoshan District. The administrative jurisdiction includes Hezhuang, Peng Yi, Wan Xin, Linjiang, Qianjin administrative jurisdiction and part of the land in Dangwan Town. The study scope of this planning is bounded by Qiantang River in the east, north and west, and reaches Hezhuang Street, Peng Yi Street in the south, Red 15th Line and Linjiang Street in the south (see attached figure 1 for details). The planned total area is 427 square kilometers, including 348 square kilometers of land area and 79 square kilometers of Qiantang River water area. Clarify the functional zoning and spatial layout of the industrial cluster in Dajiangdong, do a good job in the organic combination of ecological land and urban construction, take industry as the leader, realize industrial upgrading, base on the "integration of production and city", and combine the industrial layout with the comprehensive functions of logistics, service industry, leisure, life, transportation and municipal administration to realize unified development, interactive development and sustainable development.

Article 14 The people's government of a city shall organize the preparation of the overall urban planning.

The overall urban planning of a municipality directly under the Central Government shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval by the people's government of the municipality directly under the Central Government. The overall planning of the city where the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions are located and the city determined by the State Council shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval after being audited by the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions. The overall planning of other cities shall be submitted by the people's government of the city to the people's government of the province or autonomous region for examination and approval.

Fifteenth county people's government organizations to prepare the overall planning of the town where the county people's government is located, and report it to the people's government at the next higher level for approval. The overall planning of other towns shall be organized by the town people's government and submitted to the people's government at the next higher level for examination and approval.
