The supporting project with an annual output of 400,000 tons of polyether (350,000 tons of basic polyether and 50,000 tons of grafted polyether) has started and has now entered the engineering design stage. Polyether products produced by polyether factory include soft foam series, high resilience series, elastomer series and hard foam series. Production methods include base-catalyzed anionic polymerization, bimetallic complex catalysis (DMC) and autocatalytic method, and grafted polyether (POP) will be produced by continuous method. In addition, the company will also set up a polyurethane research and development center to provide technical support for improving product quality, developing new polyether varieties and product applications, and at the same time provide after-sales service for products.
