1. Third, the receiving unit should conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the principle of "whoever purchases goods, who is responsible, who is out of control, who is responsible", strictly implement the requirements of "peer-to-peer" receiving and returning goods, and carry out non-contact loading and unloading in the whole process. 2. Passengers of freight vehicles who have unloaded and rested after entering the site will be guided by the staff of the competent department of industry to the integrated park of the production city to rest according to the prescribed route after unloading according to the above procedures. During the rest period, accommodation is free and meals will be provided for themselves. The competent department of industry shall guide and supervise the implementation in accordance with the above control policies.

3. After completing the above procedures, the drivers and passengers of freight vehicles returning to our county will carry out closed-loop management in the production-city integration park according to the latest risk areas and policy requirements pushed by the Prevention and Control Office, and the relevant industry departments will hand over the classified control measures to their towns and communities for implementation.

4. Relevant industry departments are responsible for the management of freight vehicles holding provincial-level key materials transport vehicle passes to ensure vehicle traffic.

5. Special vehicles such as the army, fire fighting, emergency rescue, drug transportation and large-scale projects shall be approved by the relevant industry authorities to ensure the passage of vehicles.

4. The centralized freight vehicle transfer platform in Jingtai County is equipped with a nucleic acid detection point for normalized epidemic prevention and control, and the detection time is 8: 30 am-11:30 am; 2:30-5:30 p.m.
