How to apply for unemployment benefits in Hefei?

Legal Analysis: Unemployed persons with unemployment registration in Hefei shall apply for unemployment insurance benefits in the county (city) or district unemployment insurance agency where their household registration is located within two years from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations. Unemployed persons with non-Hefei household registration can apply for unemployment registration and unemployment insurance benefits at the county (city) or district unemployment insurance agency where the unit is located before unemployment with household registration book and financial and social security card.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): If the unemployed meet the following conditions, they will receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
