The production of luminous characters is mainly two steps: rounding and bending.

Making hemming is nothing more than making a mold. For the edging of ultra-soft materials such as aluminum-plastic edging and die-pasted acrylic edging, these two materials do not need to be bent by tools, but only need to be surrounded by words on the panel or bottom plate, but the mold of this material is unstable.

At present, most manufacturers of luminous characters choose metal materials as molds, such as aluminum skin, profiles and iron sheets. Of course, some of them are made of iron. This kind of mold is relatively stable, usually used not only for light boxes and the like, but also for resin luminous characters. If these materials are used, the edge strip must be rounded according to the font, bent into a groove shape, and then placed on the panel to make a mold. The key lies in the skill of bending the circle, which is not good. Both models and resin luminous characters are ugly, wasting materials and time, and the market is not good, so the production steps must be standardized, or skilled technicians are needed to do it.
