(1) Publicity

Candidates who pass the written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment are identified as candidates to be hired, and the district recruitment office will publicize them on the website of Baiyun District People's Government (www.gzbaiyun.gov.cn) in Guiyang for 7 working days and accept social supervision.

If there are serious problems affecting employment during the publicity period, the employment qualification will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion.

(2) Go through the employment procedures.

According to the provincial and municipal Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of New Personnel in Public Institutions, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will handle the employment procedures for the candidates who have no problems or reflect the problems after the expiration of the publicity period, and the employment results will be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record. According to the documents agreed by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the management authority, all recruitment units sign employment contracts with the employed personnel.

(3) Probation period

The employed personnel shall implement the probation system, and the probation period shall be one year. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed. Once hired, the minimum service period is 5 years (including probation period). If the probation period is unqualified, the employment will be cancelled.

Open recruiters should report to the employer within the specified time. Those who fail to report as required will be disqualified.
