Article 11 Changes to the Labor Contract

Article 12 Termination of Labor Contract

Unless Party B commits a crime or fails to perform the contract, causing losses to Party A, or seriously violating labor discipline and the management regulations of the unit, and Party B terminates the labor contract without authorization, Party A shall pay the dismissal allowance and pay the travelling expenses according to the regulations.
