This paper investigates the contactless and NFC services and equipment of financial IC cards in Hebi City, Henan Province, introduces the basic situation of the development of near-field payment in grass-roots banks, analyzes the main factors restricting the development of near-field payment services, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the healthy and rapid development of near-field payment services.
