Twelfth who abide by the constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good professional quality and moral conduct, and meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to participate in the first-class supervision engineer professional qualification examination:

(a) to obtain a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering management, civil construction, transportation and water conservancy, and to engage in engineering supervision business for 5 years.

(two) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering management, civil construction, transportation and water conservancy, he has been engaged in engineering supervision business for 4 years.
