Rules training and treatment in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

1. According to the enrollment brochure of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the training agreement and labor contract were signed, and the monthly basic salary, performance salary, five insurances and one gold (including pension insurance, unemployment insurance, basic medical insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing provident fund) and trade union benefits were compared with those of the trainees in our hospital with the same conditions.

2. The average income in the first year (including central financial subsidies, provincial and municipal financial subsidies and hospital subsidies, excluding "five insurances and one gold") is not less than 4,500 yuan/month for undergraduates, 8,000 yuan/month for master students and 9,000 yuan/month for doctoral students. In the second and third years, the working ability will be gradually improved.
