According to encyclopedia data, Hepu Street (formerly Sanhe Street) is located in the northwest of Haojiang District, covering an area of 30 square kilometers. In 2008, there were five community neighborhood committees in Hepu Street: Hedong, Henan, Hebei, Downstairs and Du Qiao.
