Why was Kearns rejected?

Today, I received Zhao Qiu's first rejection letter from Kearns.

On August 22nd, I received an interview invitation from Kearns. One side is in the form of video. There is only one question in the interview, introduce yourself 1 min. Before the interview, you will be asked to fill out a simple questionnaire, including some basic information input.

I thought the recording was good after the interview, but I didn't expect it to be rejected because it didn't meet the job requirements of this position. But I guess part of the reason is that I said in the questionnaire that I just want to go to the engineering post and don't want to do sales, but I can feel that Kearns lacks sales more from his statement. Of course, it is more likely that it is entirely because I am too bad. Therefore, if you like this company very much, it is suggested to increase your interest in sales positions in the questionnaire, and you will feel more likely.
