2014 Dalian Pulandian Public Institutions Recruitment Announcement of 70 People

In order to meet the work needs of some public institutions in Pulandian City, according to the relevant provisions of the "Dalian City Public Institutions Public Recruitment Measures" According to the requirements, the Pulandian Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organized some directly affiliated public institutions to openly recruit staff from the public.

1. Recruitment positions: *** has 41 professional, technical and management positions in 8 public institutions, and plans to recruit 70 staff from the public.

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China ;

(3) Have good conduct;

(4) Persons who have obtained diplomas and degree certificates before December 31, 2013.

(5) Current full-time graduate students cannot apply for the exam with their undergraduate or junior college degrees; current undergraduate students cannot apply for the exam with their junior college degrees.

(6) Have the professional and technical qualifications required for the position;

(7) Have the physical condition to perform the duties normally;

(8) Have the position Other required conditions (see staff recruitment schedule for details).

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: those who have been subject to party discipline or political discipline for a period that has not expired or who are undergoing disciplinary review; those who have been subject to criminal punishment for a period that has not expired or who are undergoing judicial investigations that have not reached a conclusion; Persons who are found to have cheated in examinations during civil service examinations and public institution recruitment; laws and regulations stipulate that persons who are not allowed to be recruited into public institutions.

3. Registration and Qualification Review

1. Registration time: March 31st to April 4th, 2014. 8:30-11:00 am, 1:00-5:00 pm

2. Registration location: Personnel Management Section of Public Institutions, Pulandian City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

3. Registration requirements: ① Registration shall be carried out on-site. You must hold the second-generation "Resident Identity Card", household register, graduation certificate, degree certificate and related certificates originals and copies. Those who have graduated from national education must provide the "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" (log in to China Higher Education Query and print on the Student Information Network); those who have graduated from the Party School system shall provide the "Academic Qualification Query Results" that can be queried and printed by the Party School system. Those who are already employed must provide a letter of introduction or proof that their unit agrees to apply.

Fill in the "Registration Form for the Public Recruitment Examination of Dalian Public Institutions". Submit 4 recent 2-inch color photos without hats, and pay the registration examination fee of 50 yuan according to relevant regulations.

② Applicants can only choose one recruitment position. If they apply for more than two recruitment positions, once verified, their qualifications for the examination will be cancelled. The second-generation ID card used during registration and examination must be consistent. ③A competitive ratio must be formed when applying for the same position. When the number of applicants and the number of recruits for the same position do not reach a competition ratio of 3:1, the recruitment plan for the position will be canceled and the number of positions will be reduced proportionally, and those who have already applied will be notified. If you do not agree to the adjustment or cannot adjust it, the examination fee will be refunded. Those who fail to take the exam on time after registration will be deemed to have given up automatically.

4. Qualification review: Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. The information submitted and relevant information provided during registration must be true. Anyone who is found not to meet the registration requirements or provides false materials will have their qualifications for examination and employment cancelled.
