2. Treatment

1. Funding source: financial allocation. Income is divided into three parts: basic salary, bonus salary and holiday condolences. The basic salary, that is, the monthly salary, is calculated based on the professional title combined with the class hours. In principle, if the number of classes per week reaches 12 periods, the monthly salary for teachers with senior professional titles shall not be less than 3,500 yuan, and for teachers with intermediate professional titles, the monthly salary shall not be less than 2,500 yuan. (Including the cost of purchasing social labor insurance); if you serve as a class teacher, you will receive a class teacher work subsidy.
