Otherwise, although you may look satisfied with the resume you worked so hard on, it will not satisfy the employer. "In addition, the survey also showed that although 64.8% of graduation resumes stated job search intentions, only 12.6% had job search intentions related to the posted position. Zhao Ling believes that this also reflects the "me-centered" problem of graduates in the job search process. In order to obtain more opportunities, many graduates make "overseas investments" and then wait for recruiting units to come to them. She said that there is nothing wrong with "overseas investment", but you cannot use the same resume to apply to all units.
