In the process of job hunting, a person should not only have professional skills, but also have the confidence to face the examiner. What impressed me was a female applicant. The company she applied for was Youkang Food Co., Ltd. Apart from her own skills, the young lady answered every question just right, taking her time and slowly, which showed her confidence everywhere. After she left her seat, I found a satisfied smile on the recruiter's face. The young lady recruited in another recruitment unit may have just left school and come to the talent market for the first time. Because she was too nervous, she couldn't grasp well when answering the questions of the recruiting unit. Sometimes she answers too long-winded, but sometimes she is a little arrogant. This makes me understand that self-confidence is very important for every candidate, but we should not be too self-confident, otherwise we are conceited. If you don't have confidence in yourself, and you are timid in job hunting, then you won't succeed. No matter how talented you are, you can only be a horse that has never met Bole. Through observation and interviews, I found that there are several kinds of people in the talent market who are "unsalable": people with outdated knowledge, people with single skills, people with low emotional intelligence, people with fragile psychology, people with short-sightedness, people with slow reaction, people who are single-minded and people who are not good at learning. Today's field trip made me understand what competition is, what is one in a hundred, and what is one in a thousand.
